So things have been too quiet on this little blog lately which is not good! I shall have to have a good talking to Work about this!

1. I experimented a few weeks ago with some cookies by replacing the jam part with tinned caramel. I must say that they turned out amazingly!
2. My brother was out from the UK recently for work and we managed to get a quick pic of the 4 siblings.
3. Work is maddeningly busy! What makes it worse is clients who like to send you handwritten seating plans which you then have to type out and double triple check.
4. We’ve been having issues with a leaking pool that we can’t find where the leak is. Cue blue food colouring using a dropper. Makes for great photos!

1. We were in Hermanus when the mountain was on fire and we spent a little while watching the helicopters take turns to douse the flames with water.
2. The best sighting this holiday – a car on a roof in Hermanus.
3. We took a drive one day and ended up at some restaurant. This was the view.
4. Gary was thrilled when the wind came up and we dashed down to the beach to fly a kite.
5. I really miss taking a walk on the beach at 7pm.
6. It’s a dog’s life, hey!

Rensche uploaded some of our wedding pics last week and they are just beautiful! I can’t believe that Gary and I have already been married for two months but what a great “two-month-aversary” present it was to see these pics. Now I can’t wait to see what Rensche has in mind for our wedding album…

Gary and I had our couple shoot at the beginning of March and it was a ton of fun. Rensche pulled out all the stops in finding words that would make us laugh to ensure she captured us *just right*. I must say, my husband just looks absolutely gorgeous! And I just can’t wait to print a few of the images though it will be quite difficult to choose which ones…
